Contex
After relocating to the United States in 2009, I identified a clear opportunity in Utah’s luxury housing market, particularly in Park City: high-end homeowners were seeking custom, premium garage designs rather than standard installations.
Together with my partner, I co-founded Wasatch Garage, a startup specializing in custom garage design, construction, and consulting for luxury homes, serving clients from Utah, California, Texas, and New York.
The challenge involved building a business from scratch while adapting to a new language, culture, and market.
Challenge
- Launch a premium brand from zero in a competitive U.S. market.
- Position the service as design and consulting, not just basic installation.

I designed a premium positioning strategy driven by digital content and user experience, focused on:
